Blend of 60% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5%Oseleta naturally dried for 3-4 months. Vinification is similar to Valpolicellawith 20 days maceration, then ageing occurs in 25hl Slavonian casks and partlyin used french barriques for 5 years. Bottled without filtration.
Very fine, deep and complex nose of ripe red and darkberries, cocoa, tobacco, licorice and more spices. Dry, full bodied, smooth andfresh, with mineral note and a pleasant long finish. Huge ageing potential!
