Chateau des Graviers is located in the village of Arsac, thisfamily estate has been prospering through four generations and is a Cru Artisanvineyard. The Cru Artisan classification is only given to independently ownedChateaux that offer consistently high quality wine. Re-established by theFrench government in 2006, only 44 Chateaux have currently earned the CruArtisan designation making it even more exclusive than Cru Bourgeois. Thevineyards extend over 7 hectares and the average age of the vines are 30 years.Beehives and lavender plants are scattered across the vineyards and no chemicalherbicide is used on the soil.

Madefrom a blend of Cabernet and Merlot. Deep purple colour, very pleasant sweetearthy nose, complex aroma of black berry, violet, cherry and vanilla, withmild hints of oak and toffee. Layered, deep structures of berries keep coming,but are never overpowering. Powerful, with a gentle silky quality and longlingering aftertaste.
