Only a careful selection of the best grapes from mature vines goes into thiswine. Matured in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Deep ruby-red colourwith violet hints. Refined bouquet with hints of morello cherry, mulberry andblackcurrant. The rich palate elegantly balances fruit and oak with fine notesof spice, smoke and vanilla. Ideal to serve with albacore, tuna, salmon,turkey, quail, sausages, pork or pasta with creamy sauces.
