Only a carefulselection of the best grapes from mature vines goes into this wine. Matured innew French oak barrels for 12 months. Ruby-red colour with blue tinges. Anelegant bouquet with vanilla, leather and dried plum aromas. Long, lingeringpresence on the palate with round, mature tannins and elegant menthol notes.

We recommend topair with pair with redmeat, lamb, pigeon, foie gras, duck or bacon.
