The color is deep red, though completely translucent. Thefruit on the nose and in the mouth is impeccably fresh, ripe and rich. The winespends 18 months in 20% new French oak barriques, though the oak doesn’toverpower the wine. It combines perfectly with the volcanic terroir that comesthrough brilliantly.
