Grape Varieties: Petit Verdot


The white labelRose was made from estate grown Petit Verdot harvested in the early morninghours of early May.  The fruit wasdestemmed and crushed into the press and immediately drained to tank in orderto attain the desired colour and flavour profile.  Brilliant pale salmon pink in colour.  Pristine flavours of cranberries and creamy,textural mid palate leads too a refreshing and bring acid profile.
