The estate grown fruit was harvested in the early hours of the morning, preserving the delicate varietal flavours that define this cool climate aromatic wine.  All fermentation was carried out in stainless steel, at cool temperatures to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit. On the palate, Intense flavours of lemon, grapefruit and lychee with a soft mouthwatering acidity giving freshness and length to the palate.
