The wine is ruby red in colour, with smooth velvety aroma and important ethereal; full distinct taste in the mouth, with noble wood reminisces. The brief passage in barrique pleasingly highlights its structure.It is good to pair with red meat starters, rabbit, lamb, roast meats, zampone and cotechini, salami, game fowl, mature cheeses.
