From the very beginning, juicy, expressive and marked by deepspice. It is the harmonious marriage of vegetable and fruity aromas that makethis wine so interesting. Red currant, green apple, and celery are followed bywhite pepper and cool mint on the nose. Good intensity on the palate withharmonious multiple layers that linger very long on the finish.
The wine is good to pair with fish, pasta, risotto, or vegetables.
