Grape Varieties: Nebbiolo
Some vines are from 1959, rest from 90’s. The macerationtakes place for 12-15 days at controlled temperature, then the wine ages inlarge 25-hl wooden barrels for 24 months. Garnet red color with orangereflections. The nose reveals a classic Barolo, fresh and elegant in its notesof leather, hay, earth and spices. On the palate it is round, well balancedbetween acidity and tannins, very persistent.
