This is the mostrecently created label of the property and with a slightly lighter and moresubtle style than Mouchão. It is made from Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca and Shiraz, also trodden and fermented in lagares. It ages in300 liters French oak barrels for up to 24 months. It remains in bottle for 12months before release.
The baby brotherof Mouchao, still very youthful and brawny. Red plum, tobacco and high herbalnotes on the nose. Powerful fine grain tannins, and high acidity, mean thiswill show fabulously alongside a strong, flavourful pork dish, such ascasserole. Young, but already evidently European in style
