Made by the passionate owner and brewer Ryoichiro Mamiya andnamed after his first daughter “Ayane”, this junmai daiginjo is polished soonly half of the top saké rice (Yamadanishki) remains. Sweet floral scent ofrice on the nose. Beautifully rounded palate with subtle sweet acidity with alight yeasty rice finish. The flavour is smooth and delicate with hints ofstrawberry that give it a light sweetness. A good match with seafood and whitemeat, cooked or sashimi, yakitori and karaage.
