Blend of 60% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5%Oseleta naturally dried for few weeks before vinification which then occurswith 20 days of maceration. Ageing occurs in 25hl Slavonian casks for over 2years, then a short ageing in steel before bottling unfiltered.
Fineand complex nose of cherries and blackberries, pepper and licorice. On thepalate it is smooth as velvet with an elegant touch. Showing good freshness anddepth. Great ageing potential.
