With a blend of 80% Grenache, 17% Syrah and 3% Mourvedre from70 year old vines, the wine aged in big casks and a part of Grenache in steel.Stunning bouquet of earthy methane, wildflowers, herbs, and red fruit. Lusciousraspberry ganache, tobacco, minerals, mint, and red licorice intertwine on thetongue. Silky and well-balanced, with a lingering finish. Drinking well now.
