Grape Varieties: 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10%Roussanne and 10% Bourbolenc,

 

Blend with 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10% Roussanneand 10% Bourbolenc, from vines with more than 40 years old on average, thewine ferments and ages in new casks. It displays a beautiful suite of aromascomprising lemon, lime zest, orange marmalade, pear, green apple and beeswax.The wine shows great delineation between pure fruit flavors and minerality. Itis superbly balanced and with good ageing potential.
