Description

Region: Frankland River, Australia

Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay


The fruit washarvested in the early hours of the morning and pressed to tank.  Thejuice was settled overnight and racked with a high proportion of juice solidsprior to fermentation in stainless steel.  The wine was kept onfermentation lees and stirred regularly to build complexity and texture beforebottling.

The wine has a Brilliantpale gold colour with emerald flecks. On the palate. It have Honeydew melon andwhite peach with hints of vanilla and hazelnut and creamy textural structureunderpinned by soft, mineral acidity.
